  1. How and when can I pay for the goods?

You pay for each purchase made by the online shop at the time of placing your order. You can choose between 4 forms of payment for your order: payment by online transfer (przelewy24), payment by card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal payment (Pay with PayPal; you can pay by credit card if you do not have a PayPal account) or purchase by convenient instalments (BNP Paribas bank).

 

  1. What is the processing time for an order?

Each order is made individually, so our customers can choose their fabric and furniture layouts down to the last detail. It takes 6-8 weeks to complete an order. The exception are products with the status "available from stock" - then the lead time is given on the page of the specific product. The delivery time of the furniture to the address indicated by the customer should be added to the order lead time (but no longer than 14 days). Each time the delivery date is announced a few days in advance.

 

  1. Will you deliver my furniture to my address?

Yes, we deliver orders nationwide. Delivery is safe because we only use experienced suppliers. We have prepared a package of additional services for you. For the price of PLN 249 you can order delivery with lifting and assembly, in which case we will deliver your order to the indicated address and set up and assemble the furniture. Exceptions are accessories which only have a courier delivery charge.

 

  1. Can I collect my order myself?

Temporarily only in Poland; warehouse address: 28 Warszawska Street, 56-400 Spalice.

 

  1. Can I pick up my order at the showroom of my choice?

Unfortunately no. The furniture is large in size and usually packed in several pieces, while the showrooms do not have a designated place to hold such packages.

 

  1. Will I receive free samples of upholstery before ordering?

Of course, if you need to be sure about your choice of upholstery to make a decision, we can send you fabric samples. Simply order a sample on our website and we will send it to you completely free of charge and without charge.

 

  1. Is the furniture covered by a guarantee?

We give a guarantee on all our furniture, which lasts 24 months, except for mattresses which have a longer guarantee (each mattress has a specific date and form of guarantee in its description).

 

  1. When can I place an order in the online shop?

You can shop with us anytime and anywhere. The webshop is open 24 hours a day and you make your purchases yourself via the shopping basket. If you need advice, our advisors will be happy to answer your questions from Monday to Saturday from 09.00 am to 08.00 pm.

 

  1. How do I place an order in the webshop?

If you would like to place an order, you need to add the chosen product to the shopping basket (after having specified the furniture layout, size, upholstery, etc.) and proceed to complete the order placed in the basket. Next, choose the form of delivery of the furniture and once you have made your choice, click on the "Proceed to checkout" button. The next step is to complete the form which includes the delivery details and form of payment for the order. After reading and accepting the Terms and Conditions, you go to the payment page by clicking on the "Buy and pay" button. The last step is to pay for the goods. An email will be sent to the email address indicated on the form confirming your order.

 

  1. Is it possible to make changes to an order?

Due to the immediate processing of orders, it is often not possible to modify an order. However, if no more than 2-3 days have passed since your order was placed, you can contact our advisors for verification.

 

  1. Is this furniture of Polish production?

Yes, we are a furniture manufacturer and have a factory in our country.

 

  1. Can I choose a different fabric than is specified next to the product on the website?

Yes, any piece of furniture can be made in any upholstery. To purchase in a different fabric than you see on the card of the selected product, please contact our advisors at 530 457 457 or e-mail: shop@iwchome.com

 

  1. Can I change the dimensions of a piece of furniture?

Next to each product in our offer there is a description containing precise data with furniture dimensions and technical folders with full collection configurations. However, if you have any doubts as to the dimensions, please do not hesitate to contact our advisors.

 

  1. How do I determine the arrangement of a corner (left or right)?

You always determine the arrangement of a corner unit by facing the furniture. Looking at the longer part of the corner, we determine on which side the shorter part (ottoman, chaise longue) should be on the left or right.

 

  1. How can I make a complaint if the goods ordered have defects?

Please refer to the complaints procedure, which is available in the terms and conditions.

 

  1. Is my data that I enter when placing an order secure?

Yes. We protect your data with an SSL certificate, which is a high level of security. It protects websites and guarantees the confidentiality of data sent between the customer's browser and the website. On the other hand, the security of data protection for online payments is guaranteed by the external operators through which you make payments.
