Volodymyr Testardi, one of the leading and most esteemed contemporary chefs, known for his refined flavor compositions and original recipes, shows that the kitchen is only the beginning of the story. In his world, the creative process does not end on the plate—it carries over into the way he lives, perceives, and builds the space around him.

This is no longer just about cooking, but a certain philosophy: attention to detail, respect for simplicity, and a sense of proportion that permeates every sphere of daily life.

His home is an extension of that same sensitivity. Everyday choices harmonize perfectly, like ingredients in a kitchen—colors, textures, and light create a coherent whole where nothing is accidental. The space breathes with tranquility, and every element has its place and purpose. Large glass panels open the living room to the garden, blurring the boundary between the interior and nature. A rhythm of light hovers over it all, transforming the space throughout the day—from bright, raw morning freshness to soft, intimate evenings.

The interior architecture relies on the contrast between the classic and the raw. Original, rustic dark wood beams define the character of the space, while neutral walls and a microcement floor provide a modern, minimalist foundation. At the center of the living room is a fireplace—a natural focal point around which the life of the home is organized.

In this setting, Volodymyr chose the LAZY modular collection by IWC HOME—with a well-thought-out, one-sided layout featuring a comfortable chaise longue, designed with everyday comfort in mind. Deep seats with high-quality, select feather filling provide a subtle sinking-in effect and a sense of being enveloped, while a decorative bolster highlights its relaxed, informal character. This is a sofa that not only invites rest but also naturally fits into the rhythm of gatherings and conversations.

In front of it stand the CINO tables—made of natural marble, whose unique interplay of white, black, and gray provides a timeless accent. Their presence brings a balance between the raw material and the elegance of the form into the interior.

The entire arrangement is completed by the WOO armchair, designed by Krystian Kowalski for IWC HOME—featuring a sculptural silhouette and a soft, warm green finish. It becomes one of the most distinctive points of the space, introducing a subtle, contemporary lightness.

Volodymyr emphasizes how important hospitality is to him—the home lives through meetings, conversations, and celebrating meals together. The natural center of this energy is the extendable SANSE table with an undercut edge, made of deep-brown oak. It is accompanied by IGY chairs with a three-legged, sculptural form, which bring lightness and rhythm to the more massive silhouette of the table. Suspended above it all is the Tense lamp by NEW WORKS—like a luminous crowning of daily rituals.

This interior exudes an unobtrusive elegance and refinement, where natural materials—wood, stone, and soft fabrics—build a cohesive, sophisticated whole.

It is a space that reflects with great finesse the sensitivity and equally tasteful preferences of Volodymyr Testardi, present both in his original recipes and in the way he composes his daily life.
